Will you launch my website?
Once you're ready, simply complete the Launch Approval Form. We'll then schedule and collaboratively manage the seamless transfer and launch of your website.

Do I have to pay for WebFlow after my website is designed?
No, all of our templates are designed to be compatible with Webflow's free Starter Site and Workspace plans. You can sign up for and use a free WebFlow account. However, your domain name will be yourdomainname.webflow.io.

If you would like to use a custom domain name, or have been instructed by your Designer, you'll need to invest in a WebFlow site hosting plan, starting at $14.00 per month. You can learn more and sign up here.
What is your process?
We've done our best to make our process simple and easy to understand. You can see the high level points below:
  • You sign up using our Sign Up Form
  • Once you have signed up, we'll send you an invoice for your package and payment selection
  • After completing payment, you will receive a link to fill out our Design Intake Form
  • When we receive your Design Intake Form, we'll schedule and build your new website
  • You'll receive a preview of your website and an invoice for any outstanding amounts
  • Once paid, you will receive full access to your new website and be able to submit editing requests
  • When you're ready, fill out the Launch Approval Form
  • We'll schedule and work with you to seamlessly transfer and launch your website!

How is my website built?
Your website is crafted by one of our professional designers using WebFlow's cutting-edge website-building software.
Do I own my website?
Absolutely! Once your final payment is made, our team will collaborate with you to transfer your website to your very own WebFlow account and manage the website launch on your behalf.
Will Megla Media buy me a domain name?
Currently, we exclusively specialize in website design services. If you require a domain name, we recommend purchasing one from established domain registrars like GoDaddy, Network Solutions, Porkbun, or WebFlow.
I already have a domain name, how do I connect it to my website?
Fantastic! If you've already secured a domain name, please follow these WebFlow instructions on how to integrate it into your account. If you haven't signed up for a WebFlow account yet, we suggest waiting until you're ready to launch your website and collaborating with your designer to connect your domain and website.
After you build my website, is it free?

How do I send you my edits?
You can effortlessly forward your editing requests to our team using this form. We do our best to complete and respond to your edits within 2 business days.
How do you write my bio content?
Megla Media generates dynamically crafted AI content, which is then meticulously proofread and edited by our human team, all based on the information you provide in your Design Intake.
How do I send you my stuff?
If you haven't included your headshots, reels, and other media assets in your Design Intake, don't worry! You can always email this information to us at info@meglamedia.co, and we'll ensure it's seamlessly incorporated into your website during the building process.
Why don't you offer subscriptions?
We recognized that many clients only require periodic edits rather than ongoing monthly commitments. Instead of charging a recurring fee for services you might not need regularly, we empower you to control when and how you make changes.
Why don't you offer hosting packages?
We've streamlined our services to focus solely on website design. Managing hosting and recurring client relationships can be extremely resource-heavy, and our priority is delivering outstanding design without the added complexity of ongoing hosting packages.
Why do I have to sign up for WebFlow?
Our focus is on providing exceptional website design services. Upon completion of your website design, ownership is transferred to your free WebFlow workspace, ensuring independent ownership separate from Megla Media.
How should I send you my headshots?
We recommend sending full-sized versions of your headshots. This allows us to resize them as needed for your website without compromising image quality.
What size and format should I send you my website assets?
We recommend sending the full-sized versions of your website assets. This allows us to resize them as needed for your website without compromising image quality.
How should I send you my reels?
We suggest uploading your reels to platforms like YouTube or Vimeo and sending us the links for embedding on your website. This ensures that your website doesn't experience slow load times due to directly hosting large video files.
Can I get more editing passes?
Certainly! If you exhaust your editing passes and still require further adjustments, we offer additional editing passes for $99 each. You can request additional passes here. Once we receive your request, we'll send you an invoice for our work.
My website has already launched, but I want to make changes. Can you help me?
Absolutely! Megla Media is dedicated to assisting artists in creating the most accurate and impressive websites possible. Whether your website launched recently or several years ago, we're here to help you make changes for $99 per hour. For more details, please refer to our pricing FAQ here.
I don't understand your pricing, how does it all work?
We understand pricing can be a concern. Our three package levels are priced as follows:

For the Glow Package you can opt for a one-time payment of $400 or choose a convenient installment plan of 40% down and 60% due upon Initial Draft completion, totaling $500.

For the Shine Package, the one-time payment is $560, or you can opt for the installment plan of 40% down and 60% due upon Initial Draft completion, totaling $700.

For the Dazzle package, the one-time payment is $720, or you can opt for the installment plan of 40% down and 60% due upon Initial Draft completion, totaling $900.

Additional Editing Passes are priced at $99 per pass, with no limitations on requests.

Post-launch changes are $99 per hour. Simply submit an Edit Request Form, and we'll provide you with a quote. Please note that while we do our best to estimate post-launch work accurately, the final cost may be more or less than originally quoted due to the nature of our work.
How long does it take to get my website?
After you've completed your Design Intake, you can expect your website within 2 weeks (10 business days) or less.
My website's initial draft is late, how will you make it right?
In the event that your website's initial draft is delayed by more than 2 business days (Monday through Friday), we will apply a 10% credit towards your remaining balance on the final invoice as a gesture of goodwill. If you have paid in full Megla Media will provide 1 additional round of edits at no additional cost.

While we strive to complete all edit requests within 2 business, this is not always possible due to holidays, staffing, volume, or external factors. If your website's edits have been significantly delayed, please reach out to our Support Team and we will work to find a solution.
Do you offer flexible payment plans?
All of our packages offer a one time payment option as well as an installment plan of 40% down and 60% due upon receiving your initial draft.
